Well-Being Wednesday; Portions

Portions sizes have dramatically increased, and it’s important to recognize this and control your portions for your well-being.

This month’s Well-Being Challenge is to eat at least seven servings of fruits and vegetables and two proper portions of whole grains every day for one week. Are you up for the challenge? Choose quality over quantity!
