With this theme, we want to share with you how to slow down, engage your senses, enjoy a warm beverage and practice a mindful approach to nourishing yourself.

  • Mindful eating refers to the idea of being aware, present, and fully in the moment; a practice of activating your five senses while eating and drinking.
  • This awareness of being in touch with your internal hunger/fullness signals places a focus on how you eat and drink.
