As part of our new Cooking is an Art and a Science, your cafe chef will show how special techniques come alive.  We’ll be featuring a dish that exemplifies the JULIENNE skill on today’s menu.

Julienne
Julienne are slender matchsticks of vegetables that are most often used as a garnish.  This classic culinary knife cut can make something as simple as a carrot stick seem sophisticated.
