Cafe Patio Barbecue

With the early fall weather so beautiful Chef Steven and your cafe team are on the patio to celebrate everything good about marinade, spice-rubbed, and basted barbecue goodness with this special lunch.
We’ve even pulled out the big Lang Smoker to create this menu:
- spice-rubbed Farm Promise pork ribs
- smoked, spice-rubbed, and slow roasted beef brisket sandwich on ciabatta
- smoked and spice-rubbed Mary’s (Pitman Farms) half chicken
- grilled vegetable skewer with romesco sauce
