With this theme, we will discuss the surprising uses of various plant parts. We offer fun and creative ways to make use of the entire plant.

  • It encourages the discovery of eating all edible and healthy parts of a plant.
  • Each part of the plant offers a variety of different nutrients — from the roots all the way to the leaves.
  • Eating more parts of plants also reduces food waste.
