Well-Being Wednesday: Antioxidants

Different foods contain different types of phytonutrients and the color of the food usually indicates the type of phytonutrient it contains. A few phytonutrients include antioxidants, carotenoids, flavones, and catechins. By eating a variety of colorful foods, you can ensure you’re getting the phytonutrients that you need.

Today, during lunch, we’ll be showing you how to “Eat a Rainbow”.
